I new user of the rail WeMacro, and want use it with Helicon Remote on MAC V10.13.3 High Sierra. The local custom clearance time depend on every country. We are still shipping packages around world from China,Shanghai.The express companies we use are working normally(Fedex,UPS,DHL,etc ).It will take 7~10 working days to arrive from the day we receive the order.The package will be shipped to express company side for checking first.The tracking number will come out 1 or 2 days after placing the order，the confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after we receiving the payment(This confirmation email sometime will go spam folder).Once we have the tracking number will let you know by email.Sometime ,the package will stay in shipping company warehouse for the flight it will add 2~3 days but not every time,depends on the detail schedule.
